The LAB470SLF Solid door Upright Freezer is designed for plasma blood storage duty in a modern Laboratory or Medical facility with a set point range between -20 ̊C and –40 ̊C. This preservation freezer is well suited for modern Research Laboratories that require reliable and consistent temperature tolerances with efficient insulation properties.

The Stainless Steel inner and outer casing gives this unit a clean and hygienic finish. It comes standard with uniquely designed perforated Stainless Steel shelves exclusive to Minus40 products. The Stainless Steel shelves are easy to clean, while the ventilation holes allow for airflow. The LAB470SLF is a frost-free design with an automated defrosts cycle using rapid hot gas defrosting technology at the evaporator. All freezers come standard with a digital controller with out-of-parameter audible and visual alarms and a Voltage protector. The LAB470SLF freezer has a temperature probe access hole for accepting independent temperature monitoring equipment to comply with the South African Pharmaceutical Regulations of 2015.
